The strength of Toyota Tsusho Fashion Express is its know-how to create a material combining each manufacturer’s technologies with “special blend.”

“We accurately identify the issues and concerns affecting our customers, then ensure close collaboration between our production facilities (both within and outside Japan) and our partner companies in the supply chain to plan and develop high-value-added products.
Rather than limiting ourselves to traditional apparel-oriented textile segments, we handle chip-type materials and yarns for industrial applications, which are mainly made from recycled materials, and we offer materials and technology solutions that maximize material performance.

Raw yarn

We provide a wide range of different yarn types for diverse requirements and applications.
Our product line includes environmentally-friendly recycled yarn and upcycled yarn, as well as well as high-functionality modified cross-section fiber, etc.

Knitting and weaving

We work together with our partner firms to create woven and knitted fabrics that embody a perfect balance, maximizing the special characteristics of the yarn with no loss of strength.

Processing and dyeing

Utilizing environmentally-friendly dyes and agents, we implement processing that is tailored to the end-product applications, for items that include down jackets, rainwear, production materials, etc.

Global Recycled Standard（GRS)

Toyota Tsusho has been awarded GRS certification in relation to the management of recycled raw material traceability in the supply chain.

Recycled Claim Standard（RCS）

Toyota Tsusho has been awarded RCS certification in relation to the management of recycled raw material traceability in the supply chain.

bluesign®

As a bluesign® system partner, Toyota Tsusho provides recommendations regarding materials that are subject to control in relation to physical properties, and regarding environmentally-friendly materials.

OEKO-TEX®

We supply materials from production facilities that are OEKO-TEX® certified as having made efforts to reduce the burden they place on the environment.
