Closed-loop recycling of Polyester textile
Textile to Textile POLYESTER is a recycled polyester material that features both pre-consumer and post consumer textile recycling. Polyester collected in our reverse value chain is chemically recycled to be revived as a fiber.
1
Recycling polyester fibers
T2T POLYESTER is a recycled material that works to solve the issues in the textile industry of mass
production, mass consumption and mass disposal. It can help reduce waste by turning polyester remnants,
fabric scraps and used clothing, which are normally disposed of, into new resources.
2
Building a reverse value chain
We form a reverse value chain with users, apparel manufacturers and other recycling partners to build
capabilities for unbroken recycling and traceability management, starting from recovery of items to
commercializing resulting products.
3
Delivering quality similar to virgin material
By chemically recycling used PET bottles together with raw materials for textile production, we have
successfully developed a polyester product similar to virgin material in quality.
Polyester fiber recycling through a chemical recycling process
We collect used clothing and textile waste from production processes, and use them as recycling feedstock.
It can create closed-loop “Textile to Textile” value chain, through chemical recycling process.
